These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to aiexecutivelab.pro and general use of information published by AI Executive Lab Pte. Ltd. ("AI Executive Lab", "we", "us"). Enrolment in paid programmes is additionally governed by separate enrolment agreements and invoices issued at registration.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site. We may update these Terms; continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About AI Executive Lab

AI Executive Lab Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202917384P) operates an executive AI leadership lab offering training programmes for C-suite executives and senior managers in Singapore. The term "lab" refers to our applied, facilitated learning environment for enterprise AI strategy, generative AI governance, and responsible AI transformation.

Important clarifications:

AI Executive Lab is not a medical research facility, hospital laboratory, or clinical diagnostics provider.
AI Executive Lab is not a degree-granting university or accredited academic institution unless a specific programme is explicitly described as carrying a separately accredited qualification in a signed enrolment agreement.
Completion certificates document training participation — they are not academic degrees and do not guarantee professional licensure.

3. Website content

Content on this website is provided for general information about our executive programmes. While we endeavour to keep information accurate, programme schedules, fees, and facilitator assignments may change. Indicative SGD fee ranges are not binding offers; confirmed pricing appears in formal quotes and enrolment documents.

Materials may discuss AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude in a corporate context. Demonstrations may produce incomplete or inaccurate outputs. You must exercise independent judgment and seek appropriate professional advice before making business, legal, or compliance decisions.

4. Education disclaimer

Our lab programmes develop AI leadership capability for senior managers. Completion certificates document training participation unless a separately accredited qualification is stated in writing. We do not promise promotions, salary changes, board seats, or guaranteed career outcomes. AI demonstrations may be incomplete or inaccurate — executive decisions remain your responsibility with appropriate professional counsel.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, programme materials, logos, and lab curricula are owned by AI Executive Lab or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except where fair dealing under Singapore law applies.

Programme participants receive a limited licence to use handouts for internal business purposes within their organisation; redistribution to third parties or public posting is prohibited unless agreed in writing.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful purposes or to transmit malware;
Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data;
Scrape or harvest data in violation of robots.txt or applicable law;
Submit false information through contact or enrolment forms;
Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation with AI Executive Lab.

7. Contact forms

Submissions through our contact form require accurate information and explicit PDPA consent. Automated submissions that populate hidden honeypot fields are discarded. We process form data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Programme enrolment

Registration for executive lab programmes requires acceptance of enrolment terms provided at sign-up, including payment terms, cancellation policy, confidentiality expectations (including Chatham House rules for peer discussions), and conduct standards. We reserve the right to refuse or remove participants who disrupt cohort learning or violate policies.

Cancellation: unless otherwise stated in corporate contracts, open-cohort cancellations more than twenty-one days before start receive a full fee credit or 80% cash refund; within twenty-one days, fees credit toward a future cohort. No-shows are non-refundable.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to external resources (regulators, tool vendors, PDPC guidance). We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for their practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and published materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Executive Lab Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and facilitators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or programme attendance, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages relating to a specific programme enrolment shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that programme, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AI Executive Lab against claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or website use, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
